The Bruce Bray Riparian Walk is a short walking trail alongside Meadow Creek, created to celebrate and restore the creek’s natural beauty. Parts of this peaceful section of riparian land has been revegetated by Gunning District Landcare with native plants and trees to stabilise the banks, support wildlife, and improve water quality.
A series of interpretive signs along the walk explore the area’s ecological importance, native species, and cultural connections. These signs were developed with valuable input from the Ngunnawal community, sharing stories and perspectives that deepen our understanding and appreciation of Country.
The walk is open to the public and offers a quiet space for reflection, learning, and enjoying the natural environment right in the heart of Gunning.
